This is to announce the release of the MAPS/RUC system software, version 2.14.

2.14 incorporates the following change proposal:

40. - Flag bad pressure and altimeter obs from  
       station GDP (Guadalupe, MX) and MRF (Marfa, TX)
       -sfcing: getsao      


Stations GDP and MRF consistently report incorrect altimeter/pressure, which 
occasionally pass through MAPS/RUC quality control procedures unflagged.  
In these cases, the unflagged obs can cause bullseyes in pressure fields 
from both the MAPS/RUC surface and upper-air systems.  Change proposal #39b
eliminates this possibility.
