    Design approach reviews were to be completed by 25 Apr (though in fact the VCP DAR was completed 27 May). The check-in deadline (PVCS code check-in) for OB3 is 26 Jun, except for QuikSCAT, which is delayed to early August due to late delivery of data from NESDIS.
