Xiangbao gave a brief overview of the web-material, presenting a fictious
example of 160 radars, including 3 local radars. Situations like would NOT
typically occur at a WFO. This example would more likely occur at a RFC or
a National Center.

Discussion
----------

- Much discussion regarding the 'More.' Some thought that this would be
  a navigation nightmare. In reality though, it's not too bad. The 'More'
  options at the bottom of each column would be easy to slide across and
  then the user could slide up to the desired radar.

- Perhaps using pull-right menus might be advantageous. Also noted that
  these menus could not be torn off.

- As this will be the case at basically RFCs and National Centers, the 
  current implementation has been accepted.
