Plan View Display for VWP

Jim gave a brief overview of the displays associated with the plan view
displays for the VWP.

Discussion
----------

- The presented menu was discussed. Mike Istok noted that in the current
  menus, there are blue secion headers (Profiler, Aircraft, and RAOB).
  Suggested that a section header named Radar be included to the VWP Plots.
  This lead to the having AGL and Pressure as pull-right menus and lastly
  in the list, Perspective.

- Joe Wakefield noted that in the image protraying sampling, that 'kts'
  be changed to 'kt.' Also suggested that rms be changed to +/-. The group
  however decided to leave 'rms' as well as the 'w'

- Suggested that the menus for AGL and hpa be reordered from top to bottom.

- Discussed the issue of the TDWR staffs are displayed on the perspective, but
  currently we don't have data for these radars. Mentioned that in the OB7
  time frame that TDWR radar data will be available so the staffs should
  stay (Mike Istok). Do we know how this data will reach the AWIPS system???
  Decided that for now, the progressive disclosure parameters will be tweaked
  to make the TDWR radars on the perspective more subservient than the WSR-88D
  radars.


Action Items
------------

- Add section header to the Upper Air menu for Radar and appropriate pull-
  right menus.

- Change 'kts' to 'kt.'

- Reorder menus accordingly.

- Tweak progressive disclosure parameters for TDWR Radars.
