The TDWR-WSR88D RMR

In OB6, we extended the current WSR-88D RMR to the TDWR-WSR88D
RMR. There is a radar type menu to switch the the product editors of
the TDWR and WSR-88D radar. The RPG lists, products selector, and
prameters are different for the type radars. For the TDWR radar, a
default elevation angle list is used and it is configuable. In a
request, each request item(product + parameters + rpgs) can be sent to
same type radars only. Following are the examples,
1, Edit a request item with the TDWR editor.
2, Edit a request item with the WSR-88D editor.
3, In the same product sending to differnt type radarscase we should
create two request items.
